1. Overview of integration modules:

The integrated supercapacitor backup power module is a newly developed product of Beijing Hezhong Huineng Technology Co., Ltd. It integrates the supercapacitor and its charge and discharge management circuit, and is widely used in various short-term small power backup power supply occasions.

The module has built-in charge and discharge management circuit, which can supply power uninterruptedly through the built-in supercapacitor after power failure. It does not need the end user to design another circuit, which greatly simplifies the design of supercapacitor related circuit. The module adopts integral encapsulation treatment, which can completely eliminate the risk of "leakage" and relieve the problem of "leakage" corrosion of PCB. At the same time, it can effectively prevent water, moisture and corrosion. Module as a whole is independent, easy to install and maintain.

2. Integrated module features:

●High integration and reliability. The supercapacitor and its charge and discharge management circuit are optimized and integrated into one.

●Automatic charge and discharge management. Seamless switching of power supply by supercapacitor;

●Wide input voltage. It can work reliably in the range of 9V-27V input voltage and stabilize the output voltage of 12V or 3.3V/5V.

●Eliminate leakage completely. It is waterproof, moistureproof and anticorrosive by using one-in-one grouting sealant treatment, and relieves the troubles of PCB corrosion caused by leakage.

●Easy to install and maintain. The module is self-contained and can be replaced directly in case of failure.
